Branch ISD -

Bennett McDonald is a senior at Coldwater High School and a student in the Business Management, Marketing, and Technology program at the Branch Area Careers Center (BACC). Through his On-the-Job Training (OJT), Bennett works at Century Bank and Trust under the supervision of Heather Chapman. In this role, he assists customers with deposits and withdrawals and enjoys building positive relationships with the people he serves.

Bennett believes his OJT experience has helped him gain valuable money management skills and confidence in a professional work environment. At the BACC, he is also an active member of Business Professionals of America, where he continues to develop his leadership and business skills.

At Coldwater High School, Bennett participates in varsity track, basketball, and football, balancing his academics, athletics, and career training. After graduation, he plans to continue his education by pursuing a degree in business.

Heather Chapman shares, “Bennett has grown into a mature young man since joining our team. His professionalism and ability to connect with customers and coworkers are his greatest strengths. It has been a joy to watch Bennett grow with us.”
