Grace Huff is a senior at Coldwater High School (CHS) and is also enrolled in the Business Management and Marketing program at the Branch Area Careers Center (BACC). Her On-the-Job Training (OJT) placement is with the City of Coldwater, under the direction of Stephanie Burdick. Her job duties include taking pictures for the city and the Coldwater Board of Public Utilities (CBPU), creating graphic online designs, completing various tasks, and assisting with preparations for fundraising events, festivals, and more.
At the BACC, Grace has been inducted into the National Technical Honor Society and is a member of Business Professionals of America (BPA). She also earned the Small Business Certification at the BACC and was chosen as the BACC Student of the Month. Additionally, Grace received an attendance award.
At CHS, Grace is the captain of the Equestrian team and participates in Varsity Track. She has also won attendance awards at CHS.
Stephanie Burdick says, “Grace's positive attitude and enthusiasm for the job are contagious. Whether it's taking photos, working at a blood drive, or prepping for an event, she is eager and willing to help in all facets. She has grown tremendously in her design skills, and I'm so excited to see what's next!”
