From culinary techniques to management skills, ProStart’s industry-driven curriculum provides real-life experience opportunities at local restaurants and builds practical skills and a foundation that will last a lifetime. Learn how to create recipes, cook, bake, manage staff, budgets, profitability, and what it takes to be successful. This program gives students a platform to discover new interests and talents that can lead to careers anywhere in the world.
